Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number and property requirements so the team can respond. Newsletter signup records your email and consent to receive the journal.

How this website works

Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in the website database. When email delivery is configured, enquiry details are sent to the team and an acknowledgement is sent to you. If email delivery is unavailable, the enquiry remains stored for follow-up.

Saved homes stay in this browser’s local storage. Unsave a home or clear your browser’s site data to remove them. Images and the optional background film are served by external media providers. The guided chatbot provides prepared answers to selected questions. It does not use an AI service or send your selections to one.

Visitor statistics

We store a random visitor identifier in your browser to estimate unique visitors. Our database records this identifier and your first and most recent visit times. We also record the properties viewed with this identifier and the first and most recent view times to estimate each property’s unique visitors. These statistics do not store your name or IP address. Clearing browser site data removes the identifier from your device; a later visit may count as a new visitor. Signed-in administrators are excluded.

Your choices

You can ask to access or delete your submitted information, or leave the newsletter list, through the contact form. The final policy will identify the responsible company, contact details, retention periods and applicable rights.
