This policy explains what Aurista Realty stores in your browser when you visit this website. We keep it to a minimum: we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics such as Google Analytics.

03Third-party services
Some content comes from other services, which may set their own cookies or record your IP address under their own policies:
- Vimeo: the background film on the home page. We load it with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting.
- Unsplash: some property and journal photographs.
- Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn: only when you click a link to them.
04Your choices
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings, usually under “Clear browsing data” or “Site data”. If you do, saved homes are removed and a later visit may be counted as a new visitor. The website keeps working without them.
If your operating system is set to reduce motion, the background film does not load at all.
